General conditions

• Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person and based on a ¾ board accommodation.
• The children's rates are valid only if they share the room with two adults who are paying the full rate.
• Any services included in special package rates, which have not been used, will not be refunded.
• Your reservation is considered confirmed after the payment of a deposit by bank transfer to the following account:

• The deposit is simultaneously the cancellation fee and in the case of a cancellation, it will be remitted only if a Traveler's Cancellation Insurance Policy has been concluded.
• A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to a month in advance; however, the deposit will not be refunded. In the case of later cancellations, you will be charged of 50% of the price of the whole stay.
• For late arrival or early departure, the agreed-upon price will be charged.
• Your room will be ready at 2.00 pm; the day of departure, it has to be vacated by 11.00 am
• For organizational reasons, particular room numbers cannot be reserved.
• We are not responsible for forgotten items.
• Pets only on request.
• Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• Delays or absences to appointments represent for everyone unpleasant happenings. For this reason, we kindly ask you to inform us 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations, the total cost of the treatment will be charged to your bill.

Supplements and services on payment:

• Single room extra charge: 10,00 € per day
• Full-board surcharge: 20,00 € per person and day
• In the case of a double room being used as a single room, we will charge a 40% single-occupancy surcharge of the rate on the price list.
• B&B reservations: reduction of 10,00 € on the rate on the price list
• Garage: 9,00 € per day
• Gala dinner supplement: 50,00 € per person; for children from 10 to 18 years 25,00 €
• Internet access from the rooms, wireless from the lounge bar and internet point
• Late check-out: 40,00 € (only on request and according to availability)
• Laundry service
