General conditions
• Unless otherwise stated, all prices and rates are based on a half-board stay, per person, including the Gourmet Half-Board.
• If the confirmation of reservation you are sent lists prices deviating from the ones stated in this Price List, the prices and rates stated in the Price List always have precedence.
• The children's rates and price discounts are based on children sleeping in the same room with two adults (who are paying the full rate.)
• Any wellness treatments which you order but do not take, and which you fail to cancel in a timely fashion (at least 24 hours in advance,) will be charged in full to your account.
• Any services included in your flat-rate week package which you do not take will not be credited to your account.
• Your reservation is considered confirmed after you have transferred a security deposit of € 400.00 per room to the following account: Hotel Emma, Sparkasse St. Vigil in Enneberg - ABI 0045 – BLZ 58550 – C/C 377300 IBAN :IT 21 B 06045 58550 000000377300 – BIC: CRBZIT2B071 - – SWIFT CODE: crbzit2b071 – or when paying by credit card: transmission of your credit card number and its expiration date with written approval (Visa or MasterCard.)
• The security deposit you provide is simultaneously the cancellation fee and – in the event of a cancellation – will be remitted to you only if you have concluded a Traveler's Cancellation Insurance Policy with us and have presented a Physician's attestation.
• In the event of a delay in your arrival or a premature departure, the agreed-upon price will be charged to your account.
• You can cancel your reservations up to a month in advance free of charge (however, the security deposit will not be refunded to you.) In the case of later cancellations, you will be charged for 50% of the price of your reserved stay.
• We highly recommend that you conclude a Traveler's Cancellation Insurance Policy with us! This is a special service which we offer to you.
• Your room will be ready for you starting at 2:00 p.m. of the day of your arrival. We request that you vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. of the day of your departure. In the event that you are unable to appear for dinner by 7:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, we request that you notify us in a timely fashion.
• For organizational reasons, you can reserve rooms of any room category, but we are unable to reserve particular room numbers.
• We accept no liability for any belongings which you might accidentally leave behind.
• Pets on request
• Our hotel is a no-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
Supplements and deductions:
• Single Room Surcharge: € 10.00 per day
• Full-Board Surcharge: € 20.00 per person and day
• In the case of a Double Room being used as a Single Room, we will charge a 40% Single-Occupancy Surcharge on the rate listed in the Price List.
• When reserving a stay with breakfast: credit of € 10.oo per person on the Half-Board Rate.
• Garage € 9,00 per day
• Gala dinner supplement € 50,00 per adult, € 25,00 for children from 10 to 18 years
• Internet access from the rooms, w-lan from the lounge bar and internet point
