To get the herbs for his dishes, the chef Andrea is very near to a sunny and sheltered corner of the garden where the natural flavors grow that enhance the delicacies of its Vitalpina cuisine: parsley, thyme, tarragon and other traditional alpine herbs. The creativity of our Chef emphasizes local products: meat from local butchers, dairy products of local companies, bread baked by local bakers as well as fruits and seasonal vegetables, perfect for body and soul at the end of a long hiking day, to the delight of connoisseurs who love a healthy and refined cuisine.
